So I am an old Ghost Recon fan. Seriously the best game in Multiplayer world. Better than Battlefield and call of Duty.
But wtf is going on with the learning curve in this Beta? Is that just me, who gets shot by enemies who appear from nowhere (after scan with the drone)? Is it only my armoured cars explode seemingly from a few rifle shots? Are the enemies capable of delivering head shots, while running at 250 meters distance? Is it only my soldier who has difficulty of changing side when behind cover? Can only my enemies shoot me through concrete walls when I am crouched?
I really do not get it. On normal difficulty, I would expect a "normal" shooter experience... Sorry for the rant
Where have enemies just spawned for you? I've yet to witness this.Originally Posted by Carnor_Jax87 Go to original post
And of course they have auto aim? They're AI controlled bots... Everything about them is automatic..

I found this out the hard way when I thought I was safe there and got shot in the back. So my team and I tried it again, and I made it a point to look to see where they spawn. However, this time my team dropped me on top of the church/building.
This game def has that Division feel to it when it comes to enemy AI and mission mechanics. Is it just me, or does it also feel like the "bosses" take more bullets to kill than normal, even without any visual armor?
I"m loving the game, but this unfair AI stuff is getting really old now. I thought with this be a Tom Clancy franchise game, that we would have to deal with the cheesiness of AI having super powers. Spider sense when not looking directly at you. Also, knowing exactly where I am even when I'm shooting them over 500 meters away, with a suppressor on. Stuff like that is just madness.
I agree. On past Ghost Recon games the enemy would expand their security patrol area when finding a dead body. It increased the fun of the game, because they would randomly try to investigate the area.
Now..... they somehow know exactly where you are at extreme distances, even on "recruit". The entire group of enemies not only know the direction of the shot (while using a suppressor), but your exact location, and will send their entire force to your approximate spot... Relocation isn't even easy, because at times it seems like they know "exactly" where you are going as well. It's as if we are battling against SKYNET. LOL
I hope the AI gets tweaked, because a game about strategic fights, should let you properly strategize.

I got shot once by a sniper some 120 meters away, who was BEHIND a tree! With leaves and everything. While I was all sneaky and silent. Asolutely nuts AI.
