    Massive please consider changing strikers!!!!!!!!

    I made a post a while ago and i dont think many people read it so im gonna make it short and to the point. This is my opinion and everyone is entitled to theirs.

    2 piece bonus
    25% stability ( a slight buff to the stability maybe? 20% seems fine but oh well)


    3 piece bonus
    15% to 20% enemy armor damage (considering that EAD is now a major stat and hence it means youll have to sacrifice crit chance etc for it)


    4 piece bonus
    HITTING THE ENEMY GRANTS 0.5% BONUS DAMAGE THAT STACKS UPTO 15% TOTAL. AFTER 1.5 SECONDS OF NOT SHOOTING, THE STACK GET DIMINISHED EVERY SECOND BY 0.5%. MISSING SHOTS DONOT LOWER THE STACKING PROCESS.



    i really want every set to be viable for both pve and pvp. no one gear set should be cattered towards pvp or pve as it breaks the build diversity. i hope massive takes this into consideration for buffing strikers as well as the other gear sets such as hunters faith, sentry etc. i hate to see one build being the dominant one because that is not build diversity, its called forcing ppl to choose one gear set and ruining the fun for the ones who want to try out other builds.

    I think this idea is just another Sentry's call gear set for all weapon and everybody will use it because it have too much DPS advantage with almost no penalty.

    And Strikers set is not really 'unusable' if you use it with shotguns or high RPM weapons like 93R with ballistic shield.

    I actually like the idea of 'high risk high return' concept of this Strikers gear set.

    But since Strikers set is too hard to use for Console gamepad users, some kind of reduction on penalty would be good.

    I concur with the reply, the gear set works well already for those that can use it, it is especially powerful PVE versus bosses etc.

    Maybe a little nod to consoles for the downsides...

    Do you really think your 4 set gear bonus is better than now? losing 85% dmg bonus will be huge nuff for shotgun or 93r users. If we have to buff 4 set bonus, i think losing stack per 1 sec penalty should be per 2 sec. And, missing shot penalty is okay for now

    the 4x bonus should be changed to a straight +30% damage bonus while shooting in the body. Because more or less it's what striker bonus does.

    The entire flaw with your idea is, that it breaks striker as a PvE set. Do that, more people will leave the game. As we've seen before 1.4, you don't want that.

    They just need to change the loss/gain value of hits/misses with headshots and we're good tbh.

    I agree with the others. Strikers is fine as is. It's high risk/reward as stated. In close quarters with a shotgun you can do some serious damage against a few enemies at great risk to yourself.

    I play with a steam controller on PC as I'm connected to a TV. Modding for stability as the main stat has turned my guns into laser beams. Especially with the backpack stability roll. SMG/LMG/AR are great at mid to long range. I have lower headshot damage (6% on each scope and muzzle vs 18% for other PC users) but I find it still works well.

    I do agree that the 2 peice needs improved a few percent though. I do get where you're coming from on wanting less punishment for missing shots and quicker rewards though. I find Alphabridge and Predators to more along that line personally.

    Well arguably this gear set is more valuable to players using a controller (mostly console players).

    But for mice/keyboard, when you dish out loads of headshots, the spread will make it so you can never get it stacked. So that's why imo the only thing that needs to change is the stacking or missing penalty after a headshot.
