I can't unlock the Bolivia hat. I have the llama shirt. Do I delete my save and start a new character to fix it? My friends and I have had a lot of fun. I had to convince them to even play the beta and now they are going to pre-order it. There are a few glitches on the Xbox One like running on top of vehicles and watching my friend stand still somewhere when he's actually in a vehicle with me.

Like I said I was just looking for a fix for the Tech. Support reward that won't unlock on the Xbox. Any help would be appreciated.
