Ok at the moment in single player the parachute is useless because the Ai can not fly or dive any vehicles. This is a major let down because it means that you can't parachute out of a helicopter/plane with out the helicopter/plane crashing. This means that any attempts made at a stealthy entry using the parachute are impossible. To make the parachute useful some sort ability for the Ai to take control/fly the helicopter/plane. In addition to this it would be handy if 1: the AI could drive and alow you to shoot 2: use the rebel support command wheel in vehicles. off topic the addition of some rocket launchers would be nice ( to use in the helicopters and cars while trying to get away for unidad and just general destructiveness).

Please read Ubisoft as these tips greatly improve the game.
