    Login

    Can you tell me why after changing my password I cannot login to my game (Far Cry 4). The Login screen flicks but doesn't progress. It then gives me the message that I have to login at least once before going in offline mode. I reset password twice and got the same result. I can login OK on the Uplay web page however....

    I have the same problem, been having it for over a month but haven't botherd about it since work been busy. wish someone could help so i can play this wounderfull game again

    Unable to log in to Ubisoft

    I am unable to log on to ubisoft in any way due to the 2- step notification. Tech support, the game client and account management all ask for the code from my phone. My phone has never been used for google authenticate, i had to 'purchase' the free app for the first time just now. no trouble verifying it for gmail account but am unable to access ubisoft to verify/sync it for that purpose.
    no way to win. i have no code to log in, and i cant log in to get the authenticator to work for the first time.

    Kann leider bei einem Account nicht spielen. Immer kommt die Meldung ,keine Verbindung zum Server, Komischer Weise klappts bei den beiden anderen. Außerdem kann ich mich nicht direkt über das Spiel beim Kundendienst anmelden. Buchstaben weder nicht angenommen. Das nervt. Bitte beheben.
