I redeemed my beta code given to me from Ubisoft. It redeemed fine, however when I went into my games and also my downloads it is not there. Been waiting 2 days for my support ticket and still no answer. Talked to Microsoft, they said they see i redeemed it, and this has been a common issue and I need a new key. I could really use some help please.
