The game won't even start up due to a lower v ram. I've been reading up on multiple threads, and even people with GTX 1070's can't run the game for the same error. Is there any way to by pass this with start up commands? Everything in my 3d panel is also on low or off.

They're tens of thousands of people with this issue.
All they have to do is remove the restrictions and you can play.

They have done nothing, as usual, this is Ubi we're talking about and have "tried" to provide wonky work arounds that won't ever work.
