Figured out what was causing most of everyone's problems...
Ubisoft is using a SHA-1 certificate in their login process...

For those who dont know SHA-1 is deemed as vulnerable and
has been pushed to be removed by all enterprise applications...

Ubisoft update your damn web application...

Most web browsers block this type of certificate, the only way I even figured it out was
the web toolkit provided by your typical browser will spew out an error saying it couldn't
resolve with Ubisoft... Literally had to force my browser to go to the authorization page
approve it was ok, then Login again... I hope this helps someone else...

For those on Firefox, I hopped over to chrome(which I use when stuff like this happens) and was able to invite friends perfectly fine. Haven't attempted edge or anything else.
