I've accepted my friends game invite like 15 times and It just keeps telling me I've been accepted. The game isn't appearing in my games either. And to avoid confusion, yes I clicked the email and accepted and yes I logged into ubisoft website but it doesn't keep me logged in.

This doesn't help. I have an invite as well and I can't even access the beta forums, I click on it and see this https://gyazo.com/06c09eb67724724a464ec3640f86705b but no access.

Having this same problem. Got the email. Clicked the link in the email. See the same screen as the person above linked. Cannot access/see the game in my list after restarting the client numerous times.
