ATM there's really no incentive to go sneak or team tactical. The most efficient way of handling things is apparently running around at break neck pace blasting everything if a vast majority of my online teammates are any indication.
The disorganized way online play is set up baffles me. Players can split up and do whatever they want, someone can start a story mission by them self and game-over everyone else in the instance who might be doing their own side missions. If everyone can do their own thing, why not go full GTA and make the game lobby huge so people can work together if they want. Why 4-player coop when there's barely a nudge to actually cooperate?
