So I pre ordered 2 copies of for honor with overnight shipping from the UPlay store. Im taking time off work to play the game so I was wondering when should i expect to get it?

Hi asherack - for questions about your pre-orders and delivery you should contact Uplay store support for a more definitive answer.
While it is my understanding that the Uplay store does try to make sure every pre-order gets out on release, there are always factors that could delivery delays. Hope that helps!
