Open Beta- will progress carry over to game? | Forums

I know the closed beta progress was eliminated, just wondering if anyone knows if open beta progress will carry over to when the game is released on the 14th. I pre-ordered the game and I want to play open beta, the amount of how much I play is determined if all my progress will be saved or if I will have to start from scratch again on the 14th. Thanks!
