Well, just tried the AC Unity trick, and it works here to. First in the uplay settings you have to uncheck Enable cloud saves and exit, then go into programfiles x86/Ubisoft/Ubisoft Game Launcher/savegames and delete that folder with the long name. Open Uplay, launch game and should be like you haven't played yet. BUT!!!! it better get fixed for release in this game. Not dealing with this in another Uplay game again.

This works but if you delete the long name folder you'll loose all your other saves too. Inside you want to delete the folder '2970'

Thanks for the info. Wasn't sure which and I had no other games I was worried about loaded. Don't forget when it asks to choose your local save after you re eneable cloud saves.
