Bought the Distraction grenades earlier but I haven't found any way of using or equipping them. The skill description said to equip them on the Loadout screen but they seem to appear already equipped. I can't find any button combination to switch item types, does anyone else know how you do this?
Edit: Never mind, turns out I'm just an idiot and didn't see the part about pressing D-Pad Left in the controls menu to switch items.

Yeeeeeeeeah I already tried that, which is why I'm asking. Use Item just throws a regular Frag grenade.
Unless by 'launch' you mean from the underslung grenade launcher? Which would just be misleading considering Distraction grenades are listed in the Items category of the skills menu (along with being a waste of a skill point seeing as I don't HAVE the GL).
