who thinks For Honor is going to be a Monster HIT franchise for UBI?

I do personally. I"ve never played anything like it. It's the best thing I've played in a long long time.

I also bet the open beta breaks stuff, because I don't think they are going to be ready for it's popularity and traffic.

I do not think this game is for the masses, to complex and no fast food.

I played the closed beta hard. I felt funny the first couple days after because i should have been playing it and couldnt. those kinds of games are the games that keep players coming back for more. Im going to go a step further and say its going to be GOTY because of its differences to "the other" games.

No magic no one hit wonder. Plus its a skill based game and people are scared of skill based games.

And when i start up the game, it has a calming violin playing, not explosions or gunfire or other loud crazy sounds

Its very hard, needs a bit fine tuning and is still a bit rough around the edges ...

    ... and its f*****g awesome!

Balancing and tweaking after release are normal but the core game is really, really good.

It by far better than the division and wildlands.

If they can fix the problems some people seem to have with the network, this game should have a bright future.

But i agree with you it is nothing for casuals. It attracs a lot of them with its cool style but it breaks their souls with the steep learning curve. It will always have some hate thrown at it until people realise what it is about.

its exacly the same here , this game is what i always wanted for a pvp online game , they got the medieval theme i always wanted , the gears system , the classes , the game modes and on top of that they have the art of battle mechanic wich is ****ing GENIUS and awesome , this game ruins me for other games , it did it the last time i played the alpha test and its doing it again since the last beta , i cant play anything else anymore, i just wana play this game forever lol and it looks like it will be possible if they go the Esports rout this game will never go away.

only thing thats really missing that matters to me is the dedicated servers and the genders for every classes

The learning curve can be adjusted with additional bot settings.

    Balancing is a steady process.
