My friend invited me to the closed beta and I went to the link in my email I was sent and can't seem to get it to work. How do I get the game on my Xbox?

If you received an email invite from your friend for the beta, you should be able to access your key HERE. What's happening when you click the link?

HOW TO REDEEM ON XBOX LIVE
-On Xbox One select Xbox Store > Browse games > Use a code.
-Enter the 25-digit code. You can also redeem the code at live.xbox.com

I have an issue where the beta downloaded, it goes thru the intro with the dev lead guy then 'press X to play'. I press X to play and the n goes to another screen that reads 'technical test over, thank you for your participation'. I cant play the game at all. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and nothing. My friends that i invited are playing it but not me. I lodged a ticket and no response yet. Please help
