I get so much microstuttering,

This is the only game I ahve experienced this.

I got GTX 980ti and monitor with: 1440p/144hz/G-sync.

Enabling/disabling G-sync doesnt help.
Using ULMB and i get alot less blurring (Motion blur disabled, but still get alot), but Still get blur/ghosting that I havent seen in any other games.
