I thought that preorders were guaranteed beta access? It was part of the reason I jumped so early, specifically on the gold edition, an ad on Xbox mentioned it. Didn't get a key though, pretty bummed.

There will be an open beta in 3 weeks so there's that, just got to move on nothing to be bummed about the beta is 1 region only

Yup in the same boat as you my friend. I pre-ordered the collector's edition, paid full price. No code/invite for me. In addition, I requested a cancellation and refund, and it's been over 10hrs and still no reply to my request/ticket to cancel my order. I guess they got my money, no need to rush to accommodate my request!?

Why cancel your game wtf what's so special about the beta? What am I missing here? Why can't you wait 3 weeks for the open beta?

You can verify if you are in the beta or not by going to http://account.ubisoft.com then click Beta Access

I feel you. Ive bought everything that has Tom Clancy, Far Cry, Assasins Creeds, etc..etc..literaly everything that ubisoft has put out and I also preordered my copy from Amazon. You would think if you actually spend the money to buy their product that you would get a key. The system is flawed. Preorders should come with a verification code that you can enter for automatic entry. It seems you have to have a YouTube channel to be treated right and the sad thing is they get copies for free, get flown out for early access, they don't even buy the product...and 90 percent or higher of the Youtubers play as tactically as a sponge. It pains me to watch them but if I want to see more than trailers you have to watch them. I'm sure this will be like the others where I either don't get a code or don't get it until the last day where I have no time to play it.

I personally have no intention to cancel mine, but with my job, I won't be able to play the open beta. I really wanted to get in to this with some friends while I had the chance.
