Some help with a "key error" | Forums

My friend invited me, and i acept in time, but the ubisoft don't send me a key for download, just a email with a confirmation, but no key. Somebody can help me???

PC? if so I should show up with in few hours after you accepted it under Uplay client and you don't need code since the code tied to the download. If Xbox one or PS4 then I'm not sure on that version of it.
