Hey I've been dealing with this problem for a few weeks when trying to sign up for Betas and Tech Tests where I am denied access "based on my country" even though I am in/from the U.S. and whenever I go to a new web page after signing in, it takes me to the Japanese version. Nowhere did I list here that I live(d) in Japan or speak/prefer Japanese but Ubisoft is still deadset convinced that I am Japanese. Normally I wouldn't mind an issue like this but it has been repeatedly denied me access to content and game previews so it is frustrating, especially when support is less than helpful in solving this issue so I figured that I might as well take it to the forums and A) see if others are experiencing this and B) if anyone or devs can help fix it (I've tried everything so far aside from summoning satan) or C) get an invite to the beta or an access code from a kind Samaritan
