    White textures on edges

    Dear people who read this,
i bought a new graphics card a few weeks ago, because i noticed that the textures on the edges were not loading correctly and displaying white textures around structures, especially around the cars itself. It makes the game look really ugly sometimes, even though i am running it at basically the highest setting and at smooth 60 fps. The graphics card i bought is the Nvidia Geforce GTX 1050 ti. I really like playing the game, but those tiny texture things bother me, since it ruins the game experience for me a little bit. Those texture things can also be found while taking a photo. Hopefully my description is good enough for the case, if not, i could provide some screenshots from the game where it can be clearly seen what i mean by all this.

    Sincerely,
    GTRacer17-NG

This may have something to do with resolution and using Nvidia's Dynamic Super Resolution (DSR). If you are using GeForce Experience check to see if the games resolution is greater than your screens native. Set it to what ever your screen is and then see if the issue goes away.
