I want to clarify the whole "You can still purchase the new DLC charackters with in-game steel".

According to previous Ubisoft game with simmilar mechanic - R6 siege, this means that each DLC hero will cost as ~90 Daily missions (including the once you can take in Uplay club) and/or full Dominion games. With special events and extra contracts we can shorten this amount of full Dominion games to ~60. And since each Dominion game is in range of 20 mins, we get ~16-24 hours of 4v4-only gameplay (Duels and Brawls give you as nearly much steel per theoretical time but have longer net loading times which results in smaller number of steel per real time) in order to unlock 1 DLC character out of 2.

This doesn't sound THAT bad but you should remember that during this grinding period you are not supposed to unlock decorations, emotes, crates etc. Which also may not sound that bad but then you remember that you paid 60USD for this.

Note: During Beta I played with Champion status (premium time) which means that I was getting a bit more steal per match than I would usually do.

From my experiences with games the season pass isn't sold separately on release day, but a little while after the game has been out.

I preordered the GOLD edition on Xbox live. When I downloaded the content(game, legacy battle pack, and digital deluxe pack) But I didn't notice anything pertaining to the 30 day champion status. Is the war chest something that will auto unlock when I start the game?

the content from season pass seems not worth it. You can play new heroes earlier than others but you still need buy them to customize, right? Or they will be automatically free and you can customize them all without buy them with steel like the others heroes from base game?(English not my 1st language so maybe didn't understand too well).

Emblems are too small i can't even notice them in loading screen so the boarders are useless. Ubi needs put them bigger.
Also i don't even pay attention what my enemy is wearing so the outfits are "bad". They need do something for the outfits to stand out from the environment.
I don't even remember fight a black dude. My raider is a black female and i only see white dudes from my memory.

Because that's a bad business model. I'd happily pay for your full release game, with all that DLC included, for the same price, if you just finished the game and released it, instead of putting the carrot on a stick and trying to "trick" me into buying it.

Hell, I'd give you more money, all the money you wanted, if you just released the game with all that cool **** already in it.
