Agents,

There are two Known Issues on the PTS currently.

  • If your character was in Underground on the live game when the import was done (Thursday, February 2nd), unfortunately you will encounter an infinite loading loop and will not be able to connect to the game because the Underground servers are not available. Unfortunately, you will have to create a new character for this PTS iteration.
    • Similarly, if you try to access the elevator that leads down to Underground, you will encounter an infinite queue as well. You can simply exit this queue and log back in to be placed outside of the elevator.

  • If you purchase all items of a category from the Premium Vendor, you game will become unresponsive. To resolve the issue, fully restart the game.
  • This issue has been resolved with PTS 4.

These issues will be resolved in the future.
