rodeo and one of the pumpkin ones (the one where you had to collect coal, sicks and something else, to build a fire)

they gave us something different to do

rodeo with all the different game modes, and even the special slot machine. cool, really cool!

and the pumkin thing also for the different tasks we had (it was such a different approach, when collecting sticks, doing everything at snail speed, not to bump too hard and lose half the cargo, for example)

also, those two were good cause they actually worked with pretty much no trouble, no major bugs, and no random rewards involved, you got what you worked for

Any event that is skill-based and not grind-based was good. I really hated having to run over a ton of pumpkins, etc but I liked racing other opponents (like when there were multiple bikes to beat on the same track) or having to rank in the top X% across multiple tracks to get a prize.

This. I'm against grinding for grinding's sake. Grinding tracks like the midnight circuit event is another kettle of fish though. I enjoyed that!

Hand down Frostpocalypse will be special for me, it was just perfect, Lot of Tracks, No Bugs! etc... then it would be Christmas & KTM Rally Challenge where i became a Legend in the Bunker.

Rodeo

Hey Danger- What in the ‘Rodeo’ did you like the most? And what does your new Rodeo event look like?

Bugs/issues aside, KTM Rally has been the best (although as a new-ish player I only had the chance to try Midnight Circuit).
Things I liked about KTM Rally:
- Lots of new tracks (and new ways to approach old tracks thanks to the KTM)
- Relatively easy to unlock swag (5% vs. 1% for Midnight Circuit)
- 1 week cycle was pretty generous, and gave leaderboards a chance to stabilize
- Nearly unlimited retries, rewarding persistence without requiring superhuman skill
- Fair playing field (same bike for everyone)

Things I would like to see for new events:
- For rewards that affect gameplay/rankings (i.e. new maps, bikes, etc.), I'd like to see some way for less skilled or newer players to EVENTUALLY unlock those rewards. This is a leaderboard integrity issue. I think exclusive rewards are great, please continue to reward the elite players with fear-inducing costumes, bike skins, and currency. For the rest of us, it sucks knowing that our global rank should be higher except we're missing X bike or Y map.

Hi Sardius77, I like that you have shared a lot of details about what you liked in the event. I personally liked the fact that the KTM Rally Challenge had unlimited retries on all tracks in a leg though! In all the recently implemented events, we’ve given a level-playing field to players where your skills matter more than your inventory! This becomes very difficult to implement on story mode as it would be unfair to the older players. We’re also working to give you guys a chance to get rewards from previous events so you can get what you missed! 

IMO, it's hard to beat the KTM events because there is a new bike waiting at the end. I do like the midnight circuit a lot even though the random prize part kinda stinks.

Was "Treasure Hunt" the one with the map pieces hidden on the tracks? I liked that. And "Rodeo" because the slot machine was in it.

Yes yjgalla, the event with the hidden map pieces was the Treasure Hunt event! The “Rodeo” event had Bronco Bucks to collect, that could let you participate in mini-games and collect other cool rewards too!

yip you're right, search hidden peaces arround the tracks was very fun. the latest and best event was the ktm rally!

but please fix the "No Internet Connection" bug with new ubisoft login before start a new event. we play with this crap relogin (app close and reboot) now since two months.

I like the ghost race aspect as well as evenly upgraded bikes. Some tracks you attacked a certain way would work for a while then you get to a time where the ghost attacks it differently and you realize their way is faster so you learn a new route.

I liked getting to ride the agent which I don't own yet, that was a nice bonus for me.

I have to say I absolutely hated the retry system. I'm ok with a limited amount of restarts. I hate that you must restart before finishing the track or you lose them. There has to be a way to be able to finish the track and still use your 3 chances. Sometimes the race is won or lost at the finish line and by the time you find out which side you are on it's too late to retry.

maybe some skills olympics would be cool

longest wheelie (maybe you'd be great at that xD ), greatest number of flips in a given time, longest jump, or combinations of all those and some more you could add (X seconds to do Y flips + Z wheelie distance + something something)

PS: have to agree with hanks420, midnight circuit retries system was awful, if we have 3 tries let us try................ 3!!! times (especially if the retry timer isn't that fast and the gem cost to reset it isn't too nice)

My favourite events is Rodeo and Wrath of the Pumpkin Queen.In 2016, in game was not a good event. I look forward once again an event such as the rodeo
