Like many it told me that my entry to the closed beta was confirmed but i didn't receive any code, it took some time and I now have the email and the code is in my beta access tab in Uplay. So i'm guessing the codes are being sent out in waves, so just give it time if it says you've been confirmed and can access the closed beta forums then you'll get them eventually,hope this helps.
