If you're on PC, you're not going to get a code, you don't need one, it will just appear in your uPlay library.

As for consoles though, I'm not entirely sure.

Also, this is just a guess, but it seems all the INVITED players can accept the pass into the beta, but can't actually pre-load, because you was invited and not actually chosen.
I'm going to assume you wont be able to see the game in your library until the actual start date.

I was chosen and I've pre-loaded the game no problem.

I've used all three invites now, one has managed to accept no problem [but he cannot pre-load] but the other two still haven't got an e-mail, is anyone else having any issues with receiving invitation emails?

Not true, if you're invited, the preload is available. Their invitation system is just backed up.

I Still didn't received mail from my friend invitation.

if you on pc you do NOT get a code. the email will simple tell you that the game is now in your uplay so simple check there...just got my beta in my uplay right now

There are people who have already spoken to support in the beta forum and they said that the system is backed up in every respect. Some who are waiting on invites haven't received them yet, some who have already gotten the emails accepted haven't had the game pop in yet. The problems are all on Ubi's end.

Another counter: I have two friends who were invited very quickly before the system got backed up. The game popped into their uPlay (PC obviously) accounts quickly and they are preloaded. There are also people in this forum who have stated the same thing.

I'm on the boat of receiving my email saying congrats your accepted you can preload now from uplay on PC, but I don't have it in my uplay games list yet for preload.
