I have received my code for ps4 but when I tried to redeem the code but it did not work. I got a message that say the code entered may not be correct or may no longer be valid

i redeemed mine on pc without any problem,sign into the playstation store,click you account at the top and go to redeem code.this will take you to another screen to enter your code,it will call it a pre-paid card but it still worked for me.

that will put it in your game library,go on your ps4 library and start downloading.

i think you will need to go through ubisoft support then.i hope it gets fixed for you.
