Well, exhausted gives the following debuffs

cannot

-sprint
-roll
-feint
-chain attacks
-special moves

Plus not alot of people were taking advantage of stamina-less opponents more often then not.

agree , moreover usually i take a free heavy attack on my head.

This issue still stands in the Open Beta

If my stamina is gone, i can easily anticipate enemy guardbreak, so nothing.. And i can still block as normal.

Same when i fight better enemies... Their stamina is gone, but i can't guardbreak them cuz they expect it and i can't attack them cuz they are turteling thus blocking constantly.

The only downside to being out of stamina is offense. This needs to be WAY more punishing...
