Gear upgrades in Duels/2v2? | Forums

I was watching a youtube video, and the player said that gear is only active in 4v4 modes. Is this true?

Do the upgrades in Armor, Weapons, etc.. not apply to 1v1 or 2v2 game modes? If that is true, I find that a bit confusing. What is the point of using upgrade-able gear, if it does not apply in 1v1s?

Apologies if this is a stupid question, but I can't find any information on this topic.

At least we can use them in Dominion, Skirmish, and Elimination. Although the stats are disabled, does the appearance carry over to 1v1, 2v2?

Yes it will. U can also create a custom duel with gear active stats.
