Hi,

Here is some constructive feedback after these few days playing the beta. I really enjoyed my time in game, but there were several issues which really bugged my experience, if not plagued it at times. I will be brief and list out those points.

As a whole : the game is not beginner-friendly AT ALL, due to its poor tutorials and interface.

- The interface in general is a pain to handle, there are SO MANY informations everywhere, often nothing but unclear and numerous icons, and I feel like there were a dozen different menus which were related-but-not-quite. The hierarchy was cryptic, so getting the right information or doing the correct action was merely impossible. I obviously haven't even tried understanding the "war of factions" system, since I hadn't even fully understood the core gameplay yet.

- The tutorials are, with all due respect, trash. For your hero, once you have played the basic and advanced training (which are fine tbh) you are at complete loss. The video tutorials feel incomplete (a lot of moves aren't featured), and cannot be rewinded, hence frustrating to handle. Plus, so many instructions in those videos are cryptic due to the use of "technical" terms, whose knowledge by the player is taken for granted. Even in the moveset menu, I had no idea what half of my moves were meant to do, since the description was impossible to understand.

- "How do I counter ?!" My friends and I had such a hard time getting to play one specific hero beyond its basic mechanics : combos, feats, special attacks, etc... Then we played online, against other classes, and got DESTROYED. Why ? Because we had no idea what we were fighting against ! We would get killed by moves we didn't know existed from heroes we hadn't played. We couldn't watch the other heroes' tutorials since we hadn't unlocked them, and only towards the end did we realize all hero tutorials were available -somewhere- in the sprawling menu. But since the tutorials were unsufferable, we didn't even try.

Here's an example : I kept getting grabbed and bled to death by Peacekeepers, and I still have no idea how to escape that. I understood lately that the flaming icon means "unblockable attack", so I'm guessing I have to dodge it ? Unless I can interrupt it with X ? Or hit her before she executes the attack ?

I'm sure that if players actually had the correct information available to know what hits them and how to counter it, there would be less whining about OP heroes. Know your enemy, they say.

That's pretty much it. Other stuff bothered me, like the basic concept of bleeding attacks which are so, so frustrating on the receiving end, but I am sure that if I could correctly understand the game's systems a lot of my complains would be answered.

Keep up the good work devs, hoping that stuff will actually change before the release. Especially since what I have mentioned will determine if players drop the game after a few hours or not.
