Besides the problem with heavy attacks changing targets, which other people reported and I also got sometimes, a problem that happened even more often was losing control of the character, who would start running forward and to the left. Xbox controller would be rendered useless. Mouse attack buttons worked. Directional keyboard buttons (A, S, D, W) would work influence the character, but not control him - it was like trying to guide a car with a broken wheel. Esc buttom didn't work. I could disconnect both Xbox controller and the keyboard and the hero would keep on moving. Couldn't pause or leave the game, except by pressing Alt+F4.
