Where can I see the changes made between the closed beta and full release? | Forums

Like we get warned about so much, the closed beta "does not represent the final product" in any way. That being said, I'd like to know if some announcement will be made prior to release, or if there's some place I'll be able to read the changes/bug fixes made between now and then where I can read what they actually turned the game into before I spend money based on what it was before.

Haven't seen anything either, don't know if Ubi is planning on doing it but a patch note update blog would be awesome.
