Pre-order doesn't provide access to beta.
Why does everyone think that ?

Because so many other Ubisoft games gave Beta keys (sometimes Aplha keys) to pre-order customers.
I have 3 Assassin's Creed titles (2 copies of 2 out 3) both Watch_Dogs, The Crew (2 copies), Far Cry Primal, Rainbow Six Siege (2 copies), The Division (2 copies) and now a preorder of Ghost Recon Wildlands. Without a beta key, I won't be purchasing a second copy, nor any future Ubisoft titles or DLC

Pre-ordering doesn't unfortunately guarantee you access to the closed beta. you do need to register your chosen platform preference on the Ubisoft site, and the beta keys will be sent out this week, before pre-load begins, if you are selected to participate.

But this time nothing was specified about a beta access.

    Wait what ? o_O
What's the point of buying 2 copies ?

I have 2 copies of Division, one on Xbox One, and one on PS4 . I only ever buy a 2nd copy if I have both sets of friends playing on both XBox One and PS4 consoles, or if I play a lot on PC, and also then want to play on the big screen with one of the consoles.

    sometimes it makes sense.

And? You want a cookie for buying 2 copies of each game topped off with a lame threat of not buying any more Ubisoft games if you don't get a closed beta key?

    How old are you? 10?

Just wait and be patient like everyone else.

Before merging accounts, I have 2 Xboxes, & 2 PS4s, some games I have on both PS4 and XB1, others are duplicates on XB1 for me and my boys.

41, and if the code isn't emailed to those that signed up in December but is emailed to those from January, something else is going on.
