I've been playing since Closed Alpha, it's blockable.Originally Posted by Vulgorn Go to original post
I'm sure people who've mained Peacekeeper since the last TT have had it happen to them before.
It's just never explained and so obscure that only a few people seem to know it's even possible.
You can't block it just by putting the guard stance in a direction like you usually block an attack.
So, in a way, it's more like parrying than blocking.
It's a pretty common occurrence though and many forums have threads about it, with information ranging from "timing guard breaks to the stabs" to "it's a glitch that happens when your weapon model gets in the way of the stab"Originally Posted by Vulgorn Go to original post
Fact is, sometimes the Peacekeeper stabs, you hear the "clunk" of a deflect, and the damage of the stab is negated.
What we don't know is why.
You can "parry" the stabs. It's timing thing. Isn't Pk the only character who gives you another chance to avoid damage after a GB?
ive seen this before on a number of occassions, not too often but it does happen though i guess its an oversight on the devs part
I played a lot PK on last beta and this one, I'm pretty sure its a glitch or timing issue, because I tryied fighting bot level 3 for hours, and the bot was never able to do it more than once every 20 rounds.
I wouldn't bother trying to learn how to do it, clearly a bug ive done it threw luck too no animation nothing just the sound of a block and no damage.
Can confirm its a bug hahahaha, silly op, hahahahahaha.
It is a bug please do not pursue this any further.
