I personally played only vikings, so here's my feedback upon playing with them.
I started with Raider, found him rather strong, what makes sense. I liked his Moveset, deals a lot of damage on success. However dodging some of other characters attacks is pretty much impossible.
Next I played Berserker for a while. I couldn't really get into the blocking part. However I understand it's supposed to be harder for assassins to block/parry.
The one I found perfect for me is Warlord. I played him a lot, tried all the combos I could think of (and found in Moveset) and I felt pretty confident playing him. The combos are appropriate. I managed to 1v1 almost any class, with a bit of luck, many players had me pinned however, if played well. I like the stance giving chance to stay alive if pinned by all 4 players and afterwards going revenge on them, dying and coming back up. Surprise, I'm not dead just yet.Well, if I wasn't executed.
Ok next to the classes I played against.
I found classes rather balanced, but there are a few problems(?).
Peacekeeper is a little bit too sturdy. She could take much more damage then expected. As an assassin I'd think she'd be weaker than my Warlord, at least at defense/health.
Nobushi has a great range with her weapon, which makes sense. With currently available characters, she was the only one I could not parry + guard break, she was too far away.
I'm not sure if anyone can do it, but Raider and Warlord sometimes guard broke and carried me through a great distance before finally letting me down. Somewhat further then I ever did.
Lastly there are few problems and suggestions from me.
Sometimes the game of dominion is found and says joining, then I get an error and back to search again.
A number of times I got disconnected in-game. One moment I'm playing, the other I'm back at the menu. Only in dominion.
The moment when someone connects or disconnects, when the game stops and reloads caused some problems too. Sometimes an enemy stood before me again, sometimes it continued without any problem. Once it ocurred just when I left-clicked to respawn and I waited for about 2 more minutes before I could play again. Once a friend of my in brawl went 1v2 when a player left. The character he controlled disappeared and killed my friend from behind as a bot. To me it made sense (Bot respawned after player left), but my friend was surprised.
As I posted before the Quit with group button stopped working halfway through beta. Instead of staying in a team I left the group and the match.
I would suggest letting players access Faction war map in between matches, after deploying units. I mostly deploy units check Ready and wait. And then a friend asks: "How many units did you deploy?" and I can't check it or someone just waits till the time runs out. Moreover the map looks good and I like to look at how our faction fares.
I think the beheading should be the unlockable execution for every character, if the character has it (not sure). The beheading animation is my favorite and when I saw the unlockable execution on Warlord I knew I don't need it. Maybe make them unlockable with level or starting with one, having to earn the other, better executions.
However the Conqueror's beheading didn't really sit in with his weapon, not sure if it is possible.
