Will the full game have more armor variation? Seems like there are only 3 different types for each slot. Im guessing it will but I was wondering if this has been confirmed someplace else. Sorry if this is a double post, get an error when I try to use the search.

I agree, I hope there's more different pieces of equipment in the full game. I would assume so as to not overplay their hand too soon. I also love the change look feature. The helmet I like the look of has terrible stats for my play style. so I'm glad I can have both.

There's not 3 sets, there's 3 sets per tier. I assume you've only got the first tier. Once you get your first prestige (level 21) you'll start to get rare drops. There's 4 tiers I think and theres 3-4 sets per tier. That's 12-15 sets per class.
