Here's an idea, in Dominion you should get a penalty for leaving early as it breaks the game for some of the players.
I frequently get error messages forcing me to leave the match because of salty players ragequiting in the middle of execuitions etc.
I don't bother people leaving in Brawl or Duels but in longer matches such as Dominion you should not be able to.
