    Pre Order PC version at other stores?

    I was wondering if there was any reason I am unable to pre-order the PC version of the game at either Amazon or Best Buy? I typically buy all my games from there because I get credits for discounts overtime at Best Buy. Will you be releasing the PC version at BestBuy?
