You shouldn't say "No" before you haven't seen the full game yet.

Infact it deftinitely looks like you will be able to change the gender.

If you take a look on the picture its from the ingame customization menues and you can see some kind of Gender-Symbol that might change the gender. Not sure if thats works yet, since I dont got the game.
You shouldn't forget its a Beta. Its just a small thing of the full game we know about yet there's even more classes we dont even know much about yet that will come with the full release.

No. It's been clear since they show cased the classes they were female only. In the future, after enough complaints, maybe but doubtful because who cares you sexiest pig. Joking, I would love a male Peacekeeper/Nobushi but I'm not holding my breath Ubisoft cares.
