Do you happen to have a source for the information? I've tried looking everywhere but couldn't actually find anything that said for sure.Originally Posted by LupusNastius Go to original post
It's not the Division so it doesn't need a dedicated server architecture to support just 4 player co-op, to have that for just 4 players would be extremely expensive. I watched Polygon's 37 minute GR video and you actually see that happen.

Right around this mark, keep your eyes on the screen for a few seconds, I tried to get the url time as close as I could.
Good catch. Sadly this may make it impossible for myself and most of my friends from being able to play together. The ISP that we use is extremely restrictive and doesn't allow for any type of port-forwarding to occur. Also, for some reason, they have UPnP disabled on the modems we are forced to use and are locked out of. But I guess I won't know for sure if it will work until next weekend when the beta hits. If we can't connect to each other I will probably have to cancel my pre-order.Originally Posted by LupusNastius Go to original post
Wow. Who's your ISP? Can you change?Originally Posted by Corrupt_Undead Go to original post
We are with Telecom Italia on a US Navy Base. Because of this, they are extremely strict about what we are allowed to do on our networks. They don't give us credentials to the modems, and the also enable port security on them. I've been in a fight with the base / Telecom Italia to get these restrictions loosened, but I don't think it will work. Either way, if we have to we can just try and use a VPN LAN, such as Tunngle or FreeLAN. It's not ideal, but it will do in a pinch.Originally Posted by AI BLUEFOX Go to original post
Edit: Forgot to mention, no we cannot change. Military bases have a single authorized ISP typically. So unless I want to play tethered to my cell phone, this is the only option.
