Now this is abit of a rant but hey there will be haters and people that agree with me on some level.

Now what my point is that they had a special on a little while back I was unlucky and didn't know about it as I was working, where you could get guaranteed beta access if you purchased Future Soldier for in the video it was about $5USD and get access now what about the loyal fans like myself I've had Future Soldier plus DLC since Release so I paid $100+ for the game then not too mention Rainbow Six Siege Vegas 2 and Vegas Division The Entire Splinter Cell Collection, so a large Tom Clancy's Fan yes even EndWar but still do not qualify yet some late comers too the party get access to a virtually dead game that they paid a fraction of what Ive paid gets access kind of Hogwash if you ask me.

So Ubisoft why do you shun the true fans of the franchise over the newbies too the series.

Well for one, they can't prove that you bought or played all the games you said you did so as far as playing Splinter Cells or Rainbow Six years ago, thats all well and good but in the video game industry, its not about the money you HAVE spent, its about the money you HAVEN'T spent YET. Thats the money they want.

You could be the poster child for all things Ubisoft but the sad reality is, if you haven't put money towards their upcoming projects, you're just another number.

That may be the case but they have ways too check like me having my steam account linked too my ubi account or do a game check on my uplay account



And well a True Fan will always spend more than a newbie that will wait for the sales.

ATG_texascain1 Something you are not accounting for is that they have a lot more people playing their games than just you. So to go and look at literally every user's steam accounts isn't a practical use of their time.

One thing that I really do think all devs (not just Ubisoft) should do however, is let everybody who pre-purchases the game have rights into the beta before letting others in.

But what about people that had old accounts. I played most of those games in your pic but the only ones I've played since starting my new PSN and Uplay account is Assassins Creed 2, Black Flag, Syndicate, Unity, Splinter Cell Blacklist, Watchdogs 1-2, Rainbow Six Siege, Far Cry 4, Far Cry Primal, The Division. So how are they supposed to determine whose loyalty is "worth more"? Believe me, I'm dying for a beta code myself.....I'll be pissed beyond belief if one of my friends gets one and i don't, but really theres is no other way to do it other than at random.

They guarantee access for everyone who buys the gold edition but you have to buy it through Ubisoft....not Amazon or Gamestop. I'm assuming thats to stop people from giving Gamestop their $5, playing the beta and then cancelling the order if they don't like it.

Ok so you have already bought the game..fine...so you are a true fan and will buy the game anyway...fine. So Ubi is thinking we need to sell more games and get new fans so we will give Beta to those that have not bought the game in the hope they will buy it. Simple really and exactly what i would do if i was them.

Last I checked.... Beta invites have not been sent out yet either so....
