Can someone tell me if the "year of the rooster" package comes with the terracotta rider outfit? Or is it just gems and coins?

It gives you the outfit as well, and I'm not sure, but when I bought it, I suddenly had more golden tickets to use in the bunker than I had earlier. Might be a coincidence though
