    Yes it does I literally played PeaceKeeper only, and I know when another peacekeeper is using stealth or not, because they don't light up without them being locked on.

    yes. u can only see them if you lock on to them.

    stealth hides your health and info when you're locked on by someone and you're not close to them, and you don't appear on the radar
    These are the ones I ran in the closed beta and loved this line up

    The stealth feat hides you from the radar at the bottom left of the HUD, removes your blue/orange icon as well as your healthbar from your opponent's HUD whenever they're not locked on to you and hides your attack from the enemy's HUD whenever they're in guard mode yet not locked onto you (1vX scenario mostly).
