Okay, the queue for sales support is hours long so I thought I would try here.

I just preordered the Gold edition for PS4 from the Ubi store. I need to enter "the verification code from your confirmation email" in order to get rewards points.

I have tried EVERY SINGLE THING that could be a number from that email, and nothing seems to work.

Anyone else know which mystery number the reward code needs from that email?
