[Beginner Question] How do I get the Mantis + Current Situation

    Hey guys!

I have to say in advance that I am not very good at English and my game also isn't in English (because I don't know how to change the language ingame), so I have to use certain sources for map names etc. so there can be wrong names for things etc.

Soo ... my question concerns the last 3 Mantis blueprints. I simply don't know how I will get them, or to be more precise, I don't know which quest chain I have to follow to get to their quests.

    My current situation:
I have to do 4 quests of which I can't do a single one because of skill/low upgrades?/no Mantis.
    The quests are:
1)Win against the ghost on the Lookout Point. (I simply can't get gold ...)
2)Win against the terracotta rider on Piken Alley, The Lift and Cave Entrance
3)Get the saloon to level 2 (done) and build the Mantis ...
4)Get 2 Candies (hope thats the correct translation). 1 is already done, the second candy is on the Lookout Point. Again too slow to get gold.

    My Bikes + Level are
    Armadillo 8/8/8/8
    Tango 8/8/8/8
Bronco 3/3/3/3 (only got it recently, upgrading everthing to 4 atm)
    Jackal 5/5/5/5

So, the reason I posted this is because I simply don't know if it is my skill that can't beat the ghost and terracotta rider or if my bikes aren't fully upgraded. As I am seeing it the ghost and terracotta rider have different bikes or higher upgrades and can use shortcuts I can't because I can only use a 5/5/5/5 Jackal and are therefore faster. Should I already have the Mantis and overlooked something, am I far from getting the Mantis and should ignore the saloon quest or will I get the Mantis soon after beating Quest number ???.

Sorry for the long text but I still hope that someone can anwer me.

    Your English is fine.

You only have to get the candy on Lookout Point, because two missions overlap here (getting gold on Lookout and Candy Mission)

Just get the candy and complete the track and it should move the Mantis mission to the next stage.

I thought the same, tried it again and again and got gold but still lost to the ghost with a difference of 0,04 seconds or so. Guess what? Getting gold isn't the mission. I have to beat the ghost and can only get the candy after that. I hate myself for playing this game. ...

There are 2 parts to the candy missions. The first part is racing butch's minions and getting candy from the prize wheel. The second part involves finding the candies hidden on the map.

I don't think you get a candy for beating the ghost. I think you need to drive slow through the track (really really slow) and look over everything. I believe that there is a candy hidden somewhere on the map, all you have to do is touch it.

I think the candies for getting the Mantis blueprints are those you get from the loot wheel and not the ones on the track. Maybe they don't show up because of the ghost being there. I remember other posts where people had problems with overlapping missions. Now if you could cancel missions ... but you can't (to my knowledge)

My advice to new players who haven't done so already: don't start the ghost and terracotta rider missions when you haven't finished the story. They do mess things up.
