I looked through the options and may be missing it, but is there a way to turn on and keep the players names visible over player's heads?

Id like to know this too, or if we can keep some kind of side panel of people on our team up too?

I agree. In extension to that, another idea would be a Recent Players list. There have been many times Ive played with people Id like to friend and the game ends (due to disconnected or match end), but I cannot remember their names to add them.

I agree. Because when I am playing with friends one of them will say I need assistance with my opponent at B, but there may be 3 teammates all fighting around B. So I have to take valuable the time to figure out which one they are. If your teammates names just stayed visible above their head, I could go right to them.
