I'm also all for Bleed effects not dealing the killing blow. It gives the defender a much better experience, since they have options besides dying or trying to get to a controlled point in 5 seconds.
I don't usually die to Nobushi in 4v4 because I ambush her and Warden hits like a truck, but 1v1 is a very different situation; I usually have to stamina drain her or land a solid opener (easier said than done in 1v1).
I think the Stamina drain is an interesting idea btw. Not sure if it's the right effect for Nobushi (not sure it isn't either), but it's an unexplored mechanic for the classes; no one actively drains stamina, it's only done via defense.

Let's say, an enemy has low health and is running away.
You've got time and range for one light attack.
A normal light attack would kill him, a weaker light attack with inflicting blood also would kill him.
Too bad that bleed is non-lethal. The guy can heal up, and your don't get your precious kill.

Certainly interesting, but would cause an even bigger uproar. At least, with such fast attacks Nobushi and Peacekeeper have.
People would complain how unfair it is that people can exhaust you with normal attacks/combos.

It sure doesn't lack in damage...
It's not instant some say, but that's countered by dealing high dmg over time as well as boosting Nobushis atk damage after being applied...
Imo the advantages heavily outweighs the disadvantages and making it non-lethal would put it in line because like all other classes they need to be in the fight until it's over.
They could also lower the dmg a bit.

Literally the only thing I see really bad with Nobushi is lethal poison in 1v1/2v2. Since you have 0 chance at healing up (except revenge and executions) it's just an annoying feature that ends battles too soon.
