Everything was working fine yesterday, but today I have noticed a new (and very annoying) bug : when you hold LT (to be in guard mode) and press RT (heavy attack) this does not work. The heavy attack can only be triggered if LT is not pressed.
I had to enable the "lock toggle" option for my gamepad, to avoid the iddue, but it's still there.

Same issue with Windows 10 and Xbox One Elite controller.
Sometimes LT RT is not working with trigger stop activated. If i deactivate trigger stop i can switch to guard mode with LT again, but in guard mode RT is not workin (Only outside guard mode).
Restarting the game or disconnection and reconnection the controller works.
