Nat type: STRICT. All ports are forwarded and allowed on Firewall

    Greetings all

I'm one of those unlucky guy's who got a "STRICT" nat type.

    I have done the following:

    1. Firewall software
There is no firwall activated on my computer. Still i have set up the ports listed below on this topic to bypass it.
The firwall on my router have been set to accept the ports listed below.

    2. Ports
These ports have been forwarded and allowed access by my firewalls

    Uplay PC:
    TCP: 80, 443, 13000, 13005, 13200, 14000, 14001, 14008, 14020, 14021, 14022, 14023 and 14024
    Game Ports:
    Inbound UDP: 3075

    3. Background applications
There are no background applications running when i start up the game.
Only the necessarily applications for Windows 10 and drivers are running. All this is done with MSCONFIG (Windows 10)

    4. Hosts file
My Hosts files have been made clean from the Microsoft article here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/...to-the-default

    5. Traffic throttling / Blocked ports
I have talked to my ISP provider and they have told me that all the ports are open, and it's up to the customor (me) to handle the ports.

    6. UPnP
i have followed this guide and enabled UPnP and also reset the router. Still no solution.

    7. DMZ(Demilitarized Zone)
I have also tryed to make a DMZ-Zone for my computer on my router. Still no solution.

    Still having issues?
YES! i still have issues! i have done everything ubisoft have suggested, still no solution!
And also i have tryed the same thing for Rainbow Six: Sige. it's also a STRICT connection!

So far it's only games from ubisoft i have these "NAT type" problems with.

    What should i do now?

    Strict NAT - Always

    Hi hi,

Yea I have the exact same issue. I work for an ISP and have a public ip assigned to my account and still I have strict NAT.
All the ports on my router has been forwarded just in case I missed something and yet still strict NAT.

I have logged a ticket with Ubi where they said that my input will be taken in account. Me and a couple of friends have canceled our pre orders of the game just because
we were unable to even play the beta. The issue is just R6S the NAT does not get better with updates no matter what the end user does.

Really hope this can be sorted out as the bit of game play I could enjoy vs the bots was really fun...!!!

    Chrz
