So its possible to sit near the top of a Ladder and just smoke people, you can grab them as soon as they get on, or drop on them when they come up after you.... it make it very hard to gets someone off,

It would be nice if there was a way to push the ladder off the wall,,. Killing anyone on it, depending on hight. and the added trouble of having to take some time to throw it back up.

I suggest the same as dropping the bridge spikes.

I totally agree with you. That would just about round of the game. Although they should be grappling hooks instead of ladders. They should be grappling hooks that way players could throw them up and take them down with ease.
